My 98 TA has 49,000 miles on it, completely stock bottom end and I have over 800 1/4 mile time slips with no problems at all, never burns oil, does not smoke, and runs as well as when i bought it new in 1998.

i have a 98 as well...just turned 80,000 and purrs like a tiger. uses no oil and even stock/catback(tsp rumbler) and 2.73s it runs 13.7s all day. and i drive it like i hate it everyday. with the 2.73s and torque management i still stay right next to my buddies 02' SS M6. he cant pull on me. and the oil pressure stays right at 40-60 psi depending on the RPMs. build it and beat it!!! tell us how it goes..cant wait to see it.

13.70??? I dont understand this

I have 2002 z28 camaro runing 13.25. the only mods done to the car is magnaflow muffler and that slp cold air kit. Here is my myspace page.... i won second place at state capiatol raceway about a month ago.

My friend has a 00 trans am running 13.70 also. I just dont get why my car is this fast?

Well 98-00 don't have the LS6 intake manifold. Gearing my also be playing some part in it.
