Jesus flywheel I am trying to get my balancer bolt off, but my flywheel is spinning, so I used an impact, didn't get it off, and when a friend holds it, they can't hold it enough to get it off. So I need the locking tool. I need one fast, where can I get one? I tried a search, and nothing was useful.
If it had jesus burned into it i would say sell that bitch on ebay. People have done that with french toast before, and got rich.

take the starter off and jam a screw driver in there. just dont break it off. its torqued on at 240 ftlbs so youll need a 2 ft pipe over the breaker bar
what i do is take a piece of metal and put it on the side of the flexplate where it can grab the teeth and stick the other end into the ground. i know its an old redneck trick but it always works for me.

Did you try a socket and a pull bar and a hammer? Get sombody to hold the socket on the bolt while you give the pullbar handle a good hard rap or 2. I've broken alot of aggravating bolts loose this way.
