Default LS1 head question, please look inside

Is there a difference between the 2000 241 and 2004 241 head. I had a problem with a head on my 2000 T/A and i found a spare head off an '04 GTO. They are both 241 heads, with different amount of miles on them, but will there be a problem running the two heads together? Or should i swap the other head out for the 2004 head. The car is not a racecar by any means, just trying to get it back together to sell it. Let me know what you think.

no other diff. besides the date of manufacture and the heat cycles they've
been thru. might have to get it milled .005 or so to get a flat surface and better seal. should be no other problem than that. will work fine
or if possible just swap out both heads for the newer ones, still might need a mill.

The new head is on there already. The drivers side head is the '04 and the passenger side is the '00. Now what to torque this bad boy to? I've seen many different things.
