shaving the heads
shaving the heads i have a 2000 trans am i want to shave the heads, but i know on my older 350s if i shave the heads the intake has to be shaved can u do this with the stock plastic ls6 intake manifold?
sweet man! thanks for the help. but, more on this subject, how is that possible? is it because the gaskets r only around the intake holes and they r thick enough to seal?
Im guessing its that, and the fact that our intakes dont sit on our block, they sit on top of the heads and dosent touch the block. Keep in mind that .050 includes the gasket, so if you go to a thinner gasket take that into consideration.
