Default AFR valve spring question

I'm picking up a set of AFR 205's with the standard valve springs good to .600 lift. My question is, will these springs work with my G5x2 that has .608 lift on the exhaust side. I've read that they are good to low .600 lift but I don't want to push it since the Patriot heads on the car now have duals good to .650 and I could always switch them out.

Also, does anyone know what lenght pushrods will work with the heads milled to 59cc? I know I should just check them to be sure but I was just wondering if there's a standard length that most people with this setup use. If I can go ahead and get the pushrods then I won't have any downtime.

I would not use those springs. Just get a new set of duals. You can also just swap over the ones you have. For .030 mill, (61cc) I used 7.35 pushrods. You really need to measure lifter preload.
