I bought a kit from bowtie overdrives for my 700r4 to LS1. Kind of pricey, but it works well. Not sure if 200-4r uses the same exact kit or not.

I am running a 200R4 and ended up using the kit from Bowtie Overdrive. I originally tried the arm that Street Performance sells but it was way too much hassle getting all aspects set up with the arm ratio and making brackets for the cable. The Bowtie Overdrive kit is a little more money but a nice complete kit. Their customer support has been good also.
