Why don't you read the first post were it says they were corrected What is hard to believe about 435rwhp? My car with a small cam,stock programing, and a lousy exhaust setup broke 400rwhp SAE corrected

hey stu i paid less, and so have many other people, i want to see a graph for proof is all, alot of dyno's are bogus. im not just saying tea, im sure it did make 435, i am only saying its real easy to say it made 435 yah know. especially when its 3 guys posting about a guys car who has not even posted up here yet. thats why its fishy. and as for asking if it was corrected, it has to say sae on the dyno sheet. I am just sick of people posting up ghost stories. I think if you are going to post up a dyno # you should have your graph to back it up. Im sure one of the 3 poeple who posted for this car should have a scanner. now what other mods did this car have, lemmie guess an aluminum flywheel, cutout etc...
and how come all of these over 420 hp cars not in the 10s yet? or at least better then 11.30's.

 

Tell you why Larry hasn't posted, he's racing at BG. His numbers are no joke. As to scanning his sheet, none of us have it. As to mods no aluminum flywheel, Hooker LT's and all the other bolt ons. Oh yea, how many M6 cars have you seen run tens with a 224 cam. Answer- none. If anyone has done this without me knowing props to you and I'm sorry. As to ghost stories, I guess if you didn't see it, it didn't happen. My car has been down for about a month, but when I get some good air it will go faster than 11.30's with the same cam.

Do I count? I made 440rwhp using a cam that makes about 5-7rwhp more than the cam in his car with the exact same heads. If you want to see a dyno graph, do a search, I have one on here from my preliminary tuning stages where I made 436rwhp.

I can't vouch for his car, but I dynoed with heavy aftermarket rims and a 12 bolt through a full exhaust. No cutouts, no extensions, no short belt, no removed filter, no aired up tires, etc.... but I do have an aluminum flywheel, so I'm a cheater :p

I can't vouch for everyone, but I know of 3 TEA headed cars in the low 11's.

I'm also content knowing that since I got the heads/cam almost a year ago, there hasn't been another heads/cam LS1 in AZ that has beaten my times to my knowledge.

Only reasons I'm not there is because my raceweight is usually above 3650lbs, the density altitudes I race in are usally between 2500 and 4000ft, and the track conditions here are some of the worst in the country IMO.

I'm still going to hit low 11's very soon. I'm in the process of adding 4.33 gears and some Yella Terra rockers, so even given the poor racing conditions I deal with I'll be close.

 

I am not the type of person to argue on the net cause its kinda worthless. Larry dyno'd his car at TEA on Fri. We are in the northeast. Not quite possible to get the scanned sheet up here or get Larry to post if he doesnt have access to a puter. Hell, we dont even have his new ETs yet. If ya wanna holler about proof then call TEA. I am sure they will verify the #s.

How do you know I really ran a 11.7? I didnt post a timeslip in my sig but you didnt ? that.

Dont mean to get bitchy but I see it all the time on this board....especially in this and the Kill section.
Someone says somethin and immediately everyone calls BS.

BTW: Who really cares about dyno #s? ETs are all that matters.

Also, who do you know with a M6/LS1 that didnt dyno over 400 with TEAs?

ok Hardtop, thats cool, i just dont like when people post for others. Its like me saying i saw a car dyno 450 and thats it. and then have a bunch of other people jump in and post nice #s and make it seem all good. so i guess from what 98TAauto this guy should have gone 10s, wow that would be impressive. i cant wait to see this dyno sheet and the time slips.
Hardtop, i guess if you work on that 1.61 60ft you should do better then 11.33's

Mike M: First of all i posted this cause I figured everyone would more than likely trust me. Many of the guys on here know me and im not gonna make up bull$hit to get peoples panties in a wad. Larry doesnt have 10s yet cause he just got the friggin heads on for gods sake. He hasnt posted cause he was racing in the NORTH/SOUTH shootout WHICH he placed very well. If you need a dyno graph ill try my best to take a picture with my digi camera of it when I go get my heads installed also. I have a scanner here, but I can jump in the car and drive 4-6 hours to get it from him and then back to scan it LOL. How did you pay less for your heads? Yeah I know you got Jays but stage 2's with dual springs are 1499 on gp?

hey MIke, Im here. I do not own a computer. so I really dont hang out on ls tech aLOT. i USE MY WORK COMPUTER ALOT. AND IF IM ON LEAVE IN ky FOR THE RACE WELL I REALLY DONT HAVE A COMPUTER TO USE. I will email you my graphs if you want to scan them and post them. it doesnt matter to me. the numbers where SAE corrected. I dont think you should go around calling people out, bruce and harold and stu are friends of mine. I asked HD to post it for me. So im sorry it took me so long to reply to this. Ill bew going to the track real soon. Sunday hopefully. and Ill post up some ETs for you. I dont really care about dynos and flow numbers. I used the dyno to make sure my tune was good. I can care less if it says i have 500 hp or 300hp. as long as i go faster. lol

Well I didn't dyno at tea and those numbers are very close to mine! Also I had a problem with a head, not sure how it happened, the they took care of it asap! NO problems. I would like to thank Brent for overnighting the head out. They ROCK! I think if they raised the price people would respect them more. Andy Essary

 

I went 11.56 aT BG, i had a 1.77 60 foot. i was spinning bad. and the DA was 2800 with a 15 to 20 mph head wind. so all things considered i did good for my first time out.

11.56's are awesome cause I woulda been lucky to run 11.8-9's in that DA!! When the DA gets good out here in the east and his 60 drops looks out! She's got alot left in her boys
