Default bank 2 lean after head cam install

need some help! install tfs heads and cam fast 90/90 ever since have bank
2 lean problem fuel trip goes to positive 25 and dumps fuel-problem only at
idle and sometimes not always there? tried new oxygen sensors-flashed tune
back to stock, smoke tested intake no leaks found, blocked off vacuum line
to climate control ,compression test 210 psi per cyl, swapped injectors, swapped nown good maf, all with no help-sounde like vacuum leak but none found sprayed engine with gum cutter watching trims no change .
with hp tuners added 20% fuel at idle and computer took fuel away-took away 20% fuel and computer added fuel seems like ecm is ok ? but it is not always there and does weird things that makes me think it needs a ecm
PLEASE HELP !!!!! thank you

I would have said intake leak, but you have checked that.
How about the plugs ontop of the injectors? are they all fully home? perhaps swap injectors from left to right bank and see if problems moves.
