Default Best way to re-install longblock from the top?

Getting ready to finish the assembly of my longblock and what would be the best way to drop it back in? Thaught about a carb plate on top of the vic jr, but the intake bolts for it look really small. Would they take the weight of the block?

I plan on using the QTP plate for installing my new engine one of these days. Worked great getting the short block out of the crate and onto a stand lol. There was a video on their site showing them pull a long block out with ease. Look here http://shop.quicktimeperformance.com...ct_detail&p=61
