Default Flow #'s for stage two heads?

What kind of #'s would be typical for LS1'S?Do 290cfm & 204cfm sound good?

at what lift? those aren't bad for .550, a little low.

at what lift? those aren't bad for .550, a little low.
At 600.Stock at 600 is 238 & 181

Have you checked the Patriot-Performance flow #'s for their LS1 Stage-II CNC Heads? They are pretty close to what you stated above:
Int 290 @ .550 & 296 @ .600
Exh 213 @ .550 & 220 @ .600
