Default Cam?

What do you guys think of this cam 221/221 562/562 114 at 0.050 ? I am looking for something will not need tunning. It will be going in a daily driver. 98 TA mods: Hooker catback, Hooker longtubes and a lid. The car is a M6.

Thanks,
Chris D.

you better go with a lower lift and a higher LSA to idle smoother but you should still consider a tune for the reason the cam is a dramatic change from stock and that it will run more efficiently.

You will have no problems with that cam as a daily driver. I ran a 221/221 .559/.559 114 LSA without tuning for most of the season last year with no problem.

You can more easily get away without tuning on a M6 than a A4. You could still drill the TB plate a little without any special tuning tools.
