Default Valves

Anyway to tell if I bent a valve by just driving the car around or listening to it at idle? Or do I need a scanning tool or ls1edit to tell? Just making sure before I go slapping nitrous on the car. TIA

Sometimes a bent valve will cause a cylinder to load up the and the car will pop at WOT...

I'd do a leakdown I guess.
