Question CAM change ????? for 98 Camaro

I have a 98 Camaro I am getting ready to change the cam in. I was wondering if it is possible to do so without dropping the engine out? What all is involved in doing it?

What timing chain and oil pump should I go with? I would like a double roller. The oil pressure on the car as stock isn't that good. So want to upgrade that while I am at it.

Also I saw some kind of tool to use so you don't drop the lifters in. Is this something so you don't have to pull the Intake or ????

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Criss
