Default P0121 and P0300 codes?

I'm getting both of these codes. The car has a miss around 2500 and 3000 RPM. I scanned for cylinder missfires and #3 shows about 150 missfires. I put a new coilpack, plug, and wire on and it still does it. Any ideas of what could be wrong? The car is a 99 SS camaro.

The things that enable cy#3 to fire can also cause it to misfire it they are absent or timed improperly. Think about what you need to get cy#3 to fire and whether those items are getting to cy#3 at the correct time. How about spark and fuel. Proper sealing when cy#3 is at TDC on the compression stroke also helps. Which item are you missing? You need them all and at the correct time.
