Default Ls6 cam gains?

How much will I gain with just the cam itself and a full tune with mods on sig. I will probably go turbo in the future. I am going to move the shift point to 6500-6600. Thanks.

Not enough to justify the hassle. The LS6 cam is quite small. Look at Thunders 224 with a set of springs for a nice cam that won't be unreasonable to drive.

I ahve done a few LS6 cams in friends cars and they were all 6 speeds with stock 241 LS1 heads with comp cam 918 springs and I tried the 7.45 pushrods because of the LS6 valves in the 243 heads in 2002 being longer but the cars went and dynoed more with 7.40 pushrods. But the cars I done dynoed with my tune between 375rwhp and 383rwhp and run low 12 and high 11 on drag radial with either 3.73 or 4.10 but they were 6 speeds. My guess with your stall and automatic Im going to say 350 to 36rwhp. Good Luck

With the LS6 cam the stock tune it will run but a tune is a plus and like I said above will make it perform alot better and get the full performance out of it.
