Michelle,

Wow the car sounds great. You need to get a clip of a drive by. Hopefully with the LM exhaust it will not be raspy for ya. Other than that The supporting mods are great. What size PRs did you go with? Do not mind the extra engine noise now. The springs have a faster ramp rate now...

You should prolly dyno a little bit higher than me now

Nice Job... Gauges are nice too..

I need to get me some

Glad you love the cam! Yea sometimes it can be a PITA, but once it is done and you hear it running, it all pays off. Sounds really good, and should sound even better once you get it tuned. You should have some nice numbers from that cam and a definite SOTP feel, LOL!!!

Thanks Jonas and Josh ....both of you which have helped me too alot so thanks for that also! I bought a set of 7.4 Futural PR from Ice_Knight. Half of the stuff is from members on here and Josh bought the MS4 from me. I will be very anxious to see what numbers I get but so far they havent been as high as I expected so I'm not going to have high hopes so I dont get disappointed Jonas my numbers are already lower then yours so I doubt mine will be higher. I can do a drive by this weekend when I plan to take the car out. I just am not sure how much driving I should be doing without a tune. The tuner said to not give it more then 1/4 throttle and that it should be ok but I dont know how many miles I should put on it till the tune.

As few as possible. I personally wouldn't drive it until the tune, but that may not be possible for you. Just take it easy if you HAVE to drive it, but I would plan on replacing all the plugs right before the tune to make sure everything is up to par.

Thing is I already paid Jeff partly for a tune he did back in August so my car wasnt running so lean. He also did the 02's, EGR and a couple other things. If I was to go somewhere else I'd be spending more but thanks for the link.

Glad that i was able to help you out Michelle. If you need more help jsut let me know.

But as far as driving the car, i would not take it passed 2500 RPMs or like i said in the PM, DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR AT ALL!!!

You should make the same numbers as me then, you have a little bit bigger of a cam.

screw the dyno numbers...it seems like that is all everyone gets caught up on. Most people forget that not all dynos put out the same numbers, look at all the people puttin down only 420 or so to the wheels and beating people that are putting down 20 to 30 hp more. Jeffs dyno is very harsh so anything close to 400 on his dyno would be very good.

It will definitely be worth the wait, looking forward to see what kind of numbers that cam will put down.

I'll be anxious as well and Jarrad I know. (forgive me because I cant remember the spelling...again). I know Jeff's dyno is low since it's a mustang one...so is the one in Chantilly at EB3. When I'm able to get enough money saved up for a 9" I plan on taking it to the track.

LOL yeah your car sounds like the SI5. With your driving style, you will love this cam, it pulls hard at any rpm. Plus its fun barking the exhaust and scaring other people around you.

your welcome, it was fun helping you out and its great talking to you.

write me or call me anytime, we can talk cars or whatever.

just remember you may have the same cam I do but I will still kick your *** in a race...

LOL

Mustan dyno > dynojet for tuning, which is all that matters. Having numbers for future reference is good, though. I kinda like the fact that the mustang dyno's lower b/c the numbers are always a worst case scenario, power-wise.
