Should I use the spring seats that came with the Hotcam kit,or just use the stockers?
I just don't wanna screw-up the valve seals. There not coming out easily
And I only have 8000 miles so I don't wanna replace them

And I only have 8000 miles so I don't wanna replace them I had the same thoughts when I installed my hotcam. I wound up buying all new seals, and using the seats (shims) that come with the kit.
Remember to REMOVE the stock seats, and only use the ones that come with the kit. They are slightly thicker than the stock ones, but they may be necessary due to the stronger spring pressure of the LS6 springs.
I wish wehen we order the kit, they mentioned we need new seals, would have sped up the time it took to complete the swap....
Anyway, the old seals pull off with a pair of pliers, the new ones push on easily with a 12mm deep socket. Remember to keep track of the differences between the exhaust and intake seals.
