Default What stall for A4 408 w/full mods?

I think my vig 2800-3000 is too small for my application......What stall would you put with this setup:

408ci. NA
240/244 114lsa, 110 ICL, .609/.612 @ .050
Long tube Headers, true dual exhaust
ported 243s, BBK intake,
Mustand Dyno 375rwhp, 350rwtq
6500 rev limit
curb weight 4700lbs

Also, did I see in another thread where precision allows trade-ups for a bigger stall?

I think you went too big on your cam for a truck. I have the same converter and I can stall it and flash it to 3200+ cause I'm making more torque down low. What are you running at the track?

Alot of it will have to do with what is the expected end of the mods, is this an all motor car, or will get a shot of juice??

My friend's 402 w/ 3450 race weight running a stall thats VERY loose on a th400 (5500), works well for N/A but when the n2o goes on it has to be tightened for fear it will go on the bumper.

For LS1's if your in the 4000-4500 range, you should do very well
