Need Cam Recommendation, Help Pic one Please. My mods are in my Sig, I like the comp cams 212/218 stick but not sure it will give me what I want without tuning. My converter in small 3000 stall and I also have 273s. Should I do a gear change to 342s first,(my rearend is making noise) Looking for good driveability and power throughout the RPM range not just top end. Would like to get into the 11s but dont think its possible. Thanks All.

Re: Need Cam Recommendation, Help Pic one Please. if ur not doing tuning, its an ok cam, but if u are gonna do tuning, y not go a bit bigger? a tr220 would be a good overall choice, just get the 3.42 gears... if ur already in the 12.40's, u should get 11's with a good hook, no problem...

Thats a small cam but a goody. Consider the 218/218 on a 114 with the XE/R lobes.
