Harmonic balancer wear question...
Harmonic balancer wear question... Soooo, I finally got my balancer off tonight (thanks to all that provided suggestions, couldn't have done it without ya'z...that a you and Z,pronounced youz or ya'z, depending upon what part of the country youz are from)
Here's a pic of the balancer I removed....notice the wear band, where the front seal should be riding...
Now here's a shot of the new'ish unit going in...notice no wear band...what gives? Do all balancers exhibit this kind of wear???
