engine noise

my Z makes a funny noise during start up sometimes, read a technical service bulletin about needle bearings coming out of the rocker arms anyone ever had this problem?

can you give us more to go on like can you describe the noise when it starts and when it goes away does it go up with revs and so on.

If it were a rocker, the noise would continue, not ONLY be there at startup. Could be piston slap possibly? What exactly does it sound like?

noise seems to be just at first start up then goes away. kind of sounds like a bunch of little objects bouncing around!!
