if its not a tappet cover leak,the valve stem seal + or valve guide may be worn
doesn't mean the engine is gonna go on ya or anything,if you hear any noises
then sweat it,not a bad idea mean while to re check the geometry(make sure the rocker tip hovers around the mid area of the valve tip, as any altered geometry of swapped cylinder heads,aftermarket cams, pushrods or different ratio rockers could provoke additional side load stess to the valves if the geometry is out of wack.
