Default MS4 question

I am wanting to go with the magic stick 4. I have a 6.0 block with patriot stage 3 heads, heads have been slightly milled... My question is am i gonna need to get my pistons cut? or should this work with it being a 6ltr?

and if so how much relief should i need? and whats a round about on how much that would cost to get done..

I'm very sure you need to Flycut your Pistons with any Milled Heads with MS4.
