Default Ring Gap

What should I be setting my ring gap to for a motor seeing a 200 shot/13-14 psi from a blower? I was hearing 28-30 thousanths?

I'm very curious about this also. I plan on spraying 150 to 200 shot to my 383. I have hasting moly rings.

.028 and .030 may be a tad big, but definetly safe. You can usually reduce gap if your top ring land is moved further down away from the top (like a piston designed for boost/nitrous).

These are just flat top Ross Racing pistons with some -4cc valve reliefs.
