Default Need Help: MTI Stg3 heads on 346ci?

A guy in my local club is offering a smoking deal on the MTI of Houston stage 3 heads. He says they work fine on stock cubed motors, but what I'm seeing on the MTI site says they are for 383+...

If they would not be a problem with stock bore and cubes, any comments on them with my other mods? My goal is to run them with the ASA cam I've got on a shelf along with YT's for zero valve spring worries.

With the oversized valves and all, is this setup going to stall on flow with such a mild cam? Be a dog at low rpms?

Any feedback, other than telling me to ditch the ASA , would be most appreciated.

Dan
