Re: b1 cam tuning It will run without tuning, but to get the most HP and driveability out of it you will want tuning. If you really don't want to do PCM tuning, you can drill the TB plate hole slightly larger and/or adjust the idle speed setscrew.

When I have my cam installed, I was not impressed until I had the tuning done. Cam, Headers and tuning picked me up around 80 RWHP.
Headers - 20 RWHP
Cam - 30 rwhp
Tuning - 30 rwhp and 30 rwtq
