Default Cam question for 408

I am having trouble deciding on the right cam for my setup. I talked to different performance shops and they all try to sell me a cam they have in stock. Although one of them might be right for me I think I need more opinons. The car has A/C and is going to be driven as much as possible.

Laundry List
408 Rotating assembley, eagle crank, eagle h beams, arias flat tops with valve reliefs, 243 heads slightly ported with 2.08 1.6s, slightly ported typhoon intake, 42lb injectors, m6, 342 gears (for now) 389 or 410's soon. And all supporting mods.

Cams to choose from (shop recomended)- might be wrong on exact specs
TR 248 254 62X 62X on 113
TSP Texas giant 248 254 60X 60X on 112
I'm thinking about a solid roller cam.

Please advise.

Solid roller set-up...hmmm. Then you have to lash the rockers though. I personally would not do that.

I am having a 408 built by HKE and I am using one of their recommended 408 cams. They list them on their website. Mine is 242/244 .609/.610 113+3. I asked a similar question before I decided link https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...t=#post7931332
