plenum wont line up with cut heads HELP!!!! Hi guys,
need some help, I have 5.7 heads milled supposedly .50 Well the plenum doesnt line up correctly now? What should I do to correct this. HELP!

Re: plenum wont line up with cut heads HELP!!!! Do you mean the intake manifold does not fit the milled heads?
If so, take the alignment pins off the plastic intake and grind them down a tad (grind the length and diameter). Re-install them in the intake and bolt it on....
I was asking about this here with my .055 milled heads but they ended up fitting OK diring the swap

Re: plenum wont line up with cut heads HELP!!!! thats what I did per thunder racing and it went on and needed some snugging with the bolts but its all good now. Thanks alot for the reply I really appreciate it.

Gotta weld in a new parking brake cable bracket, align it again, and put the hood on, and about 6 hours of detailing cause its friggin gray right now in dust!!!!!!!!!
