I would assume it is safe since TSP's car is making 700+ rwhp without breaking.
How do you think a forged 4.0" stroke crank being offset ground to 4.1" would hold up to a large shot of nitrous?

I've spent hours & hours talking to engine builders all over the country on the off-set crank setups. The only way I know to test the strength of it is to try to break it Thats where the 729rwhp came from I'm still trying to break it & its still working perfect. If your buying a forged crank why not just order a 4.125 instead of off-set grinding a 4" one?

If your buying a forged crank why not just order a 4.125 instead of off-set grinding a 4" one?

I currently have a forged Scat 4.0" and I am starting a LQ4 project. I am considering offset grinding the crank, but now I am gather info on the possiblities
