Default car doesnt act the same

ok 98 t/a A4 3200 vig stall, 3:23 gear, professional products 85mm intake, professional products 85mm throttle body, descreened mass air, ram air hood/airbox, long tubes, no cats, no a/c, rear o2 sims, no egr, hypertech tuner for fan on at 160, 160 thermostat, B&M Shift switch, couple other minor mods.

sup yalls my t/a keeps changing the way its running. when i put my 85mm throttle body on it ran good but it idled high. so i turned the screw down till it idled around 800 rpm. when its cold it dont want to stay running at first so i turned it up a lil and it starts and idles fine now. but when i get on the highway for awhile it starts acting different. when i got home last night the car was idleing at 1600 rpm in park, 1200 rpm in gear, i've checked for vacuum leaks and cant find any. checked mass air and its fine, if i turn the idle screw down the car wont stay running when i fire it up when its cold. so i cant tune it down anymore. im throwing codes on my bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 1 sensor 2 o2 codes which is odd i have sims in both back sensors. the front o2's are about a month old bosch's. i run the car normally on 91 right now it has some about 2 gallons of sunoco 110 and the rest of the tank is 89. i're ran race gas in it before and never had a problem. (actually noticed a difference with VP C14) we were using up what was left from our drum for the other cars we race. anyways if im just goin down the road say about 35-45mph range i can let off the gas and barely lose any speed. the only other problem i had with the car was when i put the throttle body on the throttle stop screw came out so when i went WOT it went past what the TPS could read and would bog down hard. so i went to ace hardware got 2 nuts and a screw and adjusted the throttle stop that way and it's worked fine since then. i cant really complain to much i've noticed a huge difference in the car since installing the 85mm throttle body over the ported polished & epoxied throttle body i had on before. (5mph higher trap speeds & 4/10ths of a second in the 1/4mile) i have a code thrown right now for egr (i havent wired delete chip into map sensor wire yet) and the bank 1 o2's. ill run another code scan when i get home tonight. any info is appreciated. thanks

First let your motor reach operating temperature.

You set your idle via screw
> Ignition is off
> unplug TPS sensor
> Turn ignition on but do not start motor.
> wait 30 sec
>Turn ignition off
> Replug sensor
> take a drive see if idle is OK.

Now repeat this untill satisfied, meaning if it is too high it will have this cruising effect, so repeat by lowering the idle.
