Default misfire HELP

alright at first i had a bad ticking noise and i had it put on the computer to reveal a slight miss in #6, not even enough to get a SES light. i was thinking lifter but i checked the pushrods and one was bent. (i'm thinking this was caused by a bad lifter) but anyway i had money saved up so i went ahead and put a set a of S2 5.3 heads, a X1 cam cam, new lifters, pushrods, ls6 oil pump, etc in. so i started it everything was fine but after driving a little ways i got an SES light (i had the computer tuned at MTI while i was working on it) so when i took it up there to get wide ban tuning it had the miss in #6 still . the only time the computer picks it up is if i'm cruising in 6th gear other than that it doesn't get picked up. i haven't done a leakdown on it yet but i'm thinking if it was a ring i'd be burning a little oil. but i could be wrong. ANYONE have any ideas?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
