think this is a good choice??

im looking at getting a cam in a about a month and i want something that isnt going to sound real loud... i dont mind if its noticable but i want to try and keep it as stock sounding as possible but be able to hit low 12's high 11's on motor. heres the cam TR 224/224 .561/.561 112 LSA w/ Comp 918 beehive springs, reuse the stock retainers and use 7.400" chrome moly pushrods.

think i should change anything or what?

That cam will be fairly loud and definitely be noticeable.

High 11's shouldn't be a problem with a good suspension setup.

i had the tr 224/224-563/563-112. very good DD cam ,on a good tune it will sound pretty stock-ish

whats your set up, dyno numbers, 1/4 mile times if you dont mind...

Maybe if you bump the idle up it will sound stocker, but less than 1000rpms it will definately be noticeable lope. Great cam choice though, I went with the patriot camshaft.. .585/.585 226/226 @ .050 on a 112, pretty similar, just slightly more aggressive.
