Default Best way to clean valves

Whats the best way to clean the fuel goop of the intake and exhaust valves before re-assembling heads.

Aside from tanking. Ive used WD-40 and a mild scotchbrite pad, the WD-40 takes off carbon build up but doesnt scratch the surface.

gunk engine bright works if you have time to soak them. It lifts and holds the carbon. With a light scrub from time to time while they soak it really softens it up.

B12 Chemtool and a brass wire brush. You can also use the small dremel brass brushes as its faster. The brass is softer than stainless and will not scratch. The B12 softens the carbon up for easy removal.
