again....check your fuses. (hint) I had the same problem, was the fuse in the engine bay that controls all air/fuel sensors. MAF, MAP, 02's. I told that to another guy who had the same problem, and it fixed his as well.

you need to get access to a scanner that you can view data and look at fuel trim for both banks, if both banks are in the - by a good bit below 0 than you need to look at something that affects both banks such as MAP or MAF etc. or if it is isolated to one bank you need to look at things such as o2 sensors and or wiring for o2's that would affect each bank individually
also you need to check and see what the ECT sensor (engine coolant temperature sensor) and see if the reading looks close to what the coolant temp is, if you have an open in the wiring to the ECT sensor or the sensor has an open and the PCM is reading a temp like -30 deg or something like that than the PCM will flood the engine with fuel causing it to spit and sputter and run just like you describe there is a few things to check
