Default Iron LQ4 heads??

Hey guys, I have a set of iron LQ4 6.0 heads, and I know 100% that they came off a 6.0. Does anyone know anything about these? Any advantanges or disadvantages? I am planing on a 408 turbo build and was thinking about trying to get some work done on these if there any good....or buy some Patriots if they aint. Anyone know anything, or have any advice?

What casting number are they? I would ilke to know for some future circle track motors that require cast iron heads. As for your project I would use aluminum heads as they dissipate heat faster and will make more HP. I would look at the Livernois stage 3 or stage 3R heads for your build. http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/...t.phtml?p=1526 http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/...t.phtml?p=1352

Well see I'm really not sure what the casting numbers are, they are not stamped no where on them. There is a sticker but it is faded out and i cant read it. but they came off like a 99 to 00 2500 chevy. Does anyone know anything about these flow? I'm just curious, most likely go with an aftermarket head like i said.

753 casting? Is that these iron heads, or patriots?
