Default G5X2 Question....

I was told my T.E.A. S2 head's won't work with the G5X-2 cam unless I fly-cut the pistons...Is there any aftermarket head I can run to where I wont have to flycut the pistons?...like say if I ran a T.E.A. S2 5.3 liter head with no milling...would it work?..or no because of the 2.02 int. valve?...I have heard of the new Absolute speed/G5X2 combo....but the pistons have to be flycut i beleive...I was gunna just get a 347 MTI shortblock and run my heads with a G5X2 and a 200 DP..but I havent got any replies from LG or MTI yet..so I figured i'd ask here Thank's,

Carter

It's a possibility you could run 5.3L heads with no milling and no flycutting but it would be very close.

My 5.3L heads are milled, if I recall correctly, 20 thousandths and my pistons needed to be flycut.

Call Lou or Louis at LGM for a definite answer on this.
