How often do you need to replace valve springs with torquer V3
So my 98 M6 is in the shop now as we speak, getting the following:
1) Torquer v.3 Camshaft (231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA)
2) Precision Race Component Spring Kit & Pushrod Kit
The Precision Race Components Double Spring Kit & Hardened Pushrod Kit Includes:
Precision Race Components Double Springs Rated To .660" Lift
Titanium Retainers
Spring Seats
Seals
TSP Chromoly Hardened Pushrods!!
3)LS6 Intake
4)4.10 Gears
5)LS2 Timing chain
6)UD Pulley
7)Dyno tune
My question is, how often am I going to have to change the valve springs? The cam is pretty big so hopefully I'll be ok. The car is mostly street driven. Maybe a few track days. What signs would I get when it would be time to freshen up?
Thanks!
