HELP :: Weird noise from engine :: VIDEO Well the other day I started my car and this click noise cam out of nowhere... (It’s not the hissing in the beginning and end of the video) it seems to be only when i give it throttle, checked the oil and the levels are good. I thought it could be a pushrod or something but then again I'm just guessing so if anyone could help me it would be awesome.

i found mine by taking a rag and laying it over certain spots and when the sound got quiter i new i was close1!!!!! lol one of my hoses got a hole in it and i just couldnt find it
check the small hose coming from the pcv into the manifold behind the throttle body. Its a short line with a small bend in it. I know mine had a hole in it, its very thin and cheesy rubber. I just replaced it with a section of i believe 3/8 inch fuel line and its perfect. I could be many other lines but try that first because like i said the rubber is junk...
the noise sounds like possibly a rocker has gone south... hard to tell with just a video where the sound is coming from your just gonna have to start tearing or wait for something to break completely, which you shouldnt do... lol.

Sorry to dissapoint you fella, but that is the same exact noise that my collapsed lifters made. I was hoping it would be a bent pushrod or something, I wasn't that fortunate. It happened after my car had sat for about 3 weeks. I went and started it up, and there that wonderful noise was.
the best way to find a vacuum leak is with brake or carb. cleaner....just spray it on anything that you think could be leaking..The idle speed will change when you spray around the leak..
