SLP oil pump
Whats in my O1 SS now, I thought the 01-02 had the better oil pump
I am just asking because my 01 SS stock oil pump works fine , and my oil pressure is good, no problems, and only has 30,000 miles on it .
so i was just going to port and polish it in the sharp area and add a shim for that extra 5 psi of pressure.
Is the 01-04 ZO6 oil pump the same as mine (01-02 F-body pumps?)
It looks like the SLP unit is a special updated GM version with a special devoted part # , and made for high performance.
