Cam help

Cam help I have no idea about cams except that they sound like HEAVEN lol.
But what kinda of cam should i get that doesn't mess much with my mpg but still is LOUD.
And what else would i need if i got a cam and if any video clips please post them if you can.
MODS that i have if need to know -Stage 3 Century racing transmission -3200 stall -BMR track pac TQ arm -BMR sub frame connectors -Front and rear BMR sway bar -ASP underdrive pully -K&N cold air intake -Smooth air bellow -Borla adjustable cat back -Dynatech Supermaxx LT -1in. drop also may have heads and new throttle body.

Small duration but sounds nasty, should still get decent gas mileage with a good tune
