Arrow 241 milling ?'s

i've got a set of 241's that i will be replacing the 1's on my 02 ws6 m6 with. I've got a few questions about how much i can do w/ these heads at the machine shop . I want a good choppy idle and as much HP w/o having to sacrifice the under the curve #'s to much .Any suggestions on a good street setup cam wise w/ these heads ported and milled (and how much milling can i do depending on cam suggestions) the only reason im doing this to these heads instead of going w/ a 243 or 5.3 is it is pretty much costing me nothing. with the dual spring kit and pushrods ,cost of the heads, and my machinist cost i'll have less than a bone stock set of 243's

the car isnt really a daily driver nor does it see the strip often either mainly just the back roads
Any suggestions about this setup

yeah i wouldnt be doing anything but the mechanic that put my hearders on screwed up my head so i was leaking water like hell so i found a cheap fix and hope spending a lil bit more and doing the cam at the same time I'll get a lil more bang for my bucks overall. plus i love that choppy idle i just do get from that stock cam. so its time to sling that piece of crap out the door and dont look back. I'll be doing lifters and rockers at the same time cause mine have 115,000 miles on them so im not even attempting that time bomb setup. any suggestions on reasonably price lifters and rockers ?? i was thinking ls7 lifters and Yella terra 1.7 rockers (do these still use the guide plates?)

on the cam a sponsor suggested a 230-234 612/598 111+2 lsa but this was w/ 243 heads ported would this cam even put down good #'s w/ the poted /milled 241's( how much could i mill w/ this cam and which gasket ) or should i stay in the 224-226 range with these heads i still plan on ordering from this sponsor so if he could chime in it would be great lol
