As long as its not ridiculously low and moves up with the rpm's you're fine.
Especially if it only "acts weird" when the car is hot. Thats because the oil thins out when the temp rises.

If you feel there really might be a problem, hook up a mechanical guage and verify the pressure. This will eliminate the guage, wiring and sending unit as suspects.
From there if it's still a problem, you can go on checking the oil pump, bearings, etc.
How many miles? The guages aren't so acurate, I'd be willing to bet there's not much of a problem. GM sped says you should have 10psi for every 1000 rpm.
