What does he mean by this text, im looking for forged rods with standard cubes for my ls1 would theese fit ?

No, those wont work for you. You want a 2.1 big end rod. What they are saying is that that offset grind the crank journal taking most of the material off one side. This increases the stroke. You would need custom pistons for this.
