How many miles should you wait until you hit the strip? I have roughly 500 miles on dino oil and getting ready to change to synthetic. When can I go to the track without killing the motor?

You can go about 20 mins after you start it, change the oil and go...

After the rings are seating the motor is fine...

I did the usual 500 mile break in on my original motor, but with the new one, I'm goin to be a little more harsh on it...
