Yet another ticking question.

Since having the cam installed last week, it's just so easy to rev, and I've hit the limiter (now at 6400) a few times. I have 918's and hardened pushrods. Slight ticking noise now at idle from the passenger bank. Tick is about 2-3 ticks/ second. Is this a typical sound from the Singer sewing machine symphony or could I have bent a pushrod? I hope I'm just obsessing. The setup should handle the revs, but is there damage caused by hitting the limiter a few times?

I don't think you'll break a comp pushrod by hitting the rev limiter. Valvetrains seem to have some weird noises when you change them from stock. I myself wouldn't worry much about it.
