if you are using the LS6 valley cover, you can cap off the two rear pcv ports on the valvecovers. you could cap them all off, but you might as well leave the front pcv port on the passenger side cover connected to the tb.

but if running forced induction like me , you cant leave the front PCV port on the passenger side valve cover connected to the TB. Other wise you will force boost into the velve cover, no good!

you're right, and that would have been good info to add to your first post.

in that case, if you're using the LS6 valley cover, cap off the valve covers and the intake. run the pcv hose from the LS6 cover to some place in front of the blower/turbo. even add a catch can in line.

if you do a search in the FI section, theres tons of posts about how to set up a PCV system on a FI car. there's some pretty nice setups mentioned in there. i just read about it all last week.
