Major differences between S2 and S3 heads?

Default Major differences between S2 and S3 heads?

Looking for pros / cons of say Patriot S2 vs S3 heads.

I know they will flow better and hopefully make more HP, but I'm more interested in what am I going to notice. Short of hopefully more HP, are there added driveability or other issues that may come up with a S3 head package? Would going with a S3 cause me to need to replace any other internal components that wouldn't really need to be changed were I to go with a S2?

Just doesn't seem to be a ton of people with S3 heads, has to be a reason for it.

The stage three heads have bigger valves and are intended to be used in a larger than stock bore engine. For a 346 the stage twos are what you need.
