Ventswoker, MTI did not have historical problems with the Darton sleeves......they did not exist.....Darton just released the new tech interlocking sleeves.

The price for the MDS from Darton is $1,320 we offer them installed for $2,699 and honed to your spec with torque plate for $2,949.

Ventsworker,do you know of any 1500-2000hp LS1's out there? I'm talking 600 plus rwhp. Also you need to check around and see how many people have had big issues with liners dropping. I know there's alot of em out there. Also I'm sure Judson is a top notch installer, probab;y knows the exact process to it also..so there sleeves work great for him, but what about all the other machines shops out there that have ZERO experience with it? Also If I am correct most of those low 9 seconds cars out there are using Darton sleeves.

I can't believe that folks are now complaining about the cost of the Darton sleeves. These are a great alternative to a C5R block for about half the price.
