Nice article.
LOL, I said the same thing after I met him.

Tony, great article ... I am going to have to sit down and read it one day. That is if I can spare the time. See you soon!

I have AFR 225/72cc heads on my Z28. I probably would not of hurt any parts (when the car came back down) without the AFR heads... lol Bob

You know when I hear people fuss about the price of AFR's I just kinda shake my head. I don't believe that people understand, myself included, just how much time is spent in the R&D department. The time designing testing, making improvements in the needed areas and then retesting I am sure is astounding. Add to that the fact that Tony is as affable and open as he is about what all goes into their products and one has the exact reason that they are considered one of the best. I applaud Tony for not only the testing but taking the time to come here and post the results. He has answered many questions on this site and has always done so in a most gentile fashion. I have never seen him be degrading about even the most basic of questions. I am sure there are not enough hours in the day to get many things done on his schedule but it appears that he always takes the time out for we in the "LS" community and for that I say THANK YOU TONY, it is greatly appreciated!!! Take care.

Great article - makes it clear why AFR's have been and remain the gold standard in LSX heads.

Im sorry but when AFR manned up about the soft valve tip problem and offered and payed for shipping for the heads back to them, thats really rare in this industry. Great company and Tony is the Man!
