I didnt originally build my motor, i bought it used so dont know the excact components. The lifters in my motor are of a pressed in cup shape with NO retaining clip, the Comp ones i have seen are WITH a retaining clip. I didnt look at any numbers on them when i had it apart. I suspect they might be GM lifters. I'm trying to get a handle on how much Pre Load as it gets tappy when hot,Runs fine though, but i have been told i should load standard lifters one turn with my Comp adjustable rockers.
